At Kashi Rudraksham, we respect the sacred nature of our products and strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

📦 3-Day Replacement Policy

We offer a 3-day replacement window from the date of delivery.

You may request a replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received

📌 Unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any replacement or exchange request.
The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

📏 Size Exchange Policy (Exchange Only)

We accept size exchanges under these conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unopened.
  • Rudraksha size is clearly visible through transparent packaging.
  • Size (e.g., 6mm, 6.5mm, 8mm, 10mm, etc.) is clearly mentioned on the pack.
  • If the pack is opened or product is used, exchange will NOT be accepted.

⚠️ Since Rudraksha bead size is visible before opening, we request customers to verify size carefully before opening the pack.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed ONLY in case of wrong product delivery.

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method (UPI / Net Banking).
  • Refund processing time: 4–5 business days after approval.

For all other approved cases, replacement or exchange will be provided.
No refund will be issued for size exchange or other reasons.

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or exchange will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product has been used, worn, or energized by customer.
  • Transparent packaging has been opened (for size exchange cases).
  • Product is returned without original packaging.
  • Damage caused due to customer mishandling.
  • Request is raised after 3 days of delivery.

Return & Refund Conditions

  • Return request must be raised within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer must pay a ₹100 reverse shipping charge
  • Product must be returned safely in its original condition

Our products come in a special transparent protective packaging for authenticity and purity assurance.

  • If the transparent packaging seal is completely unopened, you are eligible for a full refund

All return, refund, or exchange requests are subject to inspection by our team based on:

  • Unboxing video
  • Clear product photos

The final decision will be taken by the Kashi Rudraksham team.

🚚 Return Charges

We do NOT charge any return fee.

If return pickup is unavailable in your area, customer must courier the product to us.
